"Refund took way too long"
I ordered from choosehope.com and ended up needing to return my item. I didn’t expect the refund process to be such a hassle. It took much longer than it should have, and I had to follow up more than once before finally getting my money back. They did respond eventually, but everything felt slow and frustrating. I really would’ve appreciated at least a simple apology for the delay. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it definitely left me unsure about ordering from them again.

"Return was easier than I expected, honestly"
I had to return an item and swap it for a different one, and it was actually straightforward. No strange hoops to jump through or anything, which is really all you want in that situation, right? Support replied fairly quickly and the exchange/refund side of things was handled without any drama. Overall, I was really happy with how it went

"Not quite as modern as I expected"
I expected the site to feel a little more modern and easy to browse. The colors are fine, but overall it looks a bit dated and cluttered to me. Some pages feel busy, which makes it harder to just relax and look around.

"Nice order, shipping just felt a little pricey"
I ordered a couple things from choosehope.com and overall it was a smooth experience. Checkout was easy, the items looked nice when they arrived, and everything was packed well with no problems.
I’m giving 4 stars mainly because the shipping cost was a bit higher than I expected for what I bought. It wasn’t awful, I just wish it had been a little cheaper or maybe shown earlier in the process. Still happy with the order overall.

I had a good experience with Choose Hope overall. Ordering was easy, and everything showed up the way I expected. I’ll admit I was a little hesitant at first because it doesn’t take much for trust to slip when shopping online, but this order went smoothly enough that I’d feel comfortable buying from them again.

My order from Choose Hope showed up right on time, and the tracking was simple enough that I wasn’t sitting around wondering where it was.

i blame them for making the whole thing so easy because now I don’t have much to complain about. Package arrived in good shape, and I’d order again based on the delivery alone

The shirt fit me fine, so no complaints there. I’m not sure if I’m just being picky, but the material felt kind of stiff when I first tried it on. It did soften up a bit after washing, though it still isn’t what I’d call super comfortable. It’s not a bad shirt overall, I just thought it would feel a little nicer for the price

"Nice stuff, but the timing and durability weren’t great"
I ordered a few things from choosehope.com and they looked nice when they showed up. The colors were close to the pictures and the items were cute, but the timing was kind of annoying because they arrived right after I actually needed them, which was frustrating.
After using them for a bit, some of the items held up okay, but one bracelet started wearing down sooner than I expected. It’s not like everything fell apart, but it definitely didn’t feel super durable. For the price, it’s fine, I guess, but between the bad timing and the bracelet wearing out early, I was a little disappointed
